Shipping Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

At POVY STORE, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly and safely.

1. Order Processing

All orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–7 working days in Kerala after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the available shipping or tracking information through the contact details provided with your order.

2. Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Destination Estimated Delivery
Within Kerala 3–5 business days
Other states in India 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping partner, and other factors.

Delivery may take additional time due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

The 3–7 working days refers to order processing and dispatch and does not represent the total delivery time.

3. Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery information are correct when placing your order.

POVY STORE may not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been shipped.

You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment with the applicable delivery partner.
